1.The statistics on the sales data of real estate enterprises are based on the commercial housing sold during the period from January 1 to October 31, 2025, covering all calibers of commercial properties including commercial residential buildings, office buildings, apartments, and commercial premises.

2.The data sources mainly rely on the sales monitoring data of China Index System (CREIS) (click to view) within Henan Province, and the analysis and statistics are conducted with reference to the overall operating conditions and the situation of project launch and deinventory during the current period.

3.For a small number of enterprises and projects not included in the monitoring scope, relevant documents provided by the enterprises will be reviewed and then incorporated into the statistical scope.

4.Enterprises with significant operational risks and safety issues will be excluded from the statistical scope of this report.
