On November 12th, the Xuchang Real Estate Association issued the "Notice on Announcing the Credit Rating Evaluation Results of Xuchang Real Estate Development Enterprises for the 2024 Annual" (Xu Fang Xie 〔2025〕 No. 6), and Hengda Group was once again awarded the AAA credit rating. Since the Xuchang Real Estate Association launched the credit rating evaluation activity for real estate development enterprises in 2017, Hengda Group has been rated as AAA credit level for 8 consecutive years.
