In the afternoon of November 5th, Liu Baoxin, Chairman of the CPPCC Xuchang Municipal Committee, and his delegation visited the "Home of CPPCC Members" of Hengda Group to conduct research on the enterprise's operation status and give a lecture on the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee. Zhou Liangjun, Vice Chairman of the CPPCC Xuchang Municipal Committee, Wei Zhongsheng, Secretary-General of the Committee, Wang Zhenfeng, President of Hengda Group, and more than 20 other CPPCC members of the municipal committee attended the meeting.

Chairman Liu Baoxin first gained an understanding of the current operation status of Hengda Group and the development of activities at the "Home of CPPCC Members".

At the symposium, President Wang Zhenfeng and some members shared their insights and experiences regarding the study and implementation of the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 20th CPC Central Committee and their efforts to serve the modernization drive of Xuchang. Chairman Liu Baoxin emphasized at the meeting that the "Home of Members" should strive to be three types of "homes": first, a "Home for Learning" – to deeply study and fully comprehend the spirit of the Plenary Session, actively put forward suggestions for the city's 15th Five-Year Plan, and contribute to promoting high-quality development; second, a "Home for Unity" – to serve the overall interests, assist the Party Committee and the government in coordinating relations, resolving conflicts, enhancing consensus, and effectively helping the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government address difficulties and problems; third, a "Home for Democracy" – to firmly establish the people-centered ideology, reflect the social conditions and public opinions, act as a disseminator of policies, a defender of the people's interests, and a promoter of social harmony, and contribute to advancing efficient governance.
